Returning to slavery mindset

Exodus  16:3 And the children of Israel said unto them, Would to God we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots, and when we did eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.

Praise the Lord!!

I would like to meditate upon a slavery mindset. In this series of Israel Exodus from Egypt. Notice how they were all prone to slavery. That even though they were crying to God for their deliverance. Now when they face little issues they want to go back to Egypt.

In this way we also when we face issues after accepting Jesus as our Lord.

1. We would face opposition from family.
2. We would face opposition from our enemies.
3. We would lose opportunity which we thought is good for us.
4. We would lose the love of the relatives who said they will be with us.
5. We would like Job would face some disease in our body.

Saints, God doesn't promise that you will never be afflicted in your Christian life. But he promised you that though you may be afflicted a thousand times. He will deliver you from them all.

Today quit thinking why did this happen? Why I am in poverty? Why should I be in such a disfunctional family? When are my parents going to stop fighting?

Saints, God has allowed this to happen because he is going to do something supernatural in your life. So that you can testify his glory to the millions.

Quit complaining, whining, murmuring find out the joy and peace of God. Bible says seek Peace and Pursue it.

God bless
