Job 10:9 Remember, I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again?
Praise the Lord!
It is difficult to imagine How many times we would have pleaded God to remember us and sometimes we feel that we are forgotten.
Today we will meditate on things which God remembers.
1. God remembers you in your adverse situation.
Genesis 8:1 And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;
It took Noah 120 years to build the ark and throughout the time when he was building the bark, he was spreading the gospel to people around him that they need to be saved. But nobody listened and thought that he was a mad man. Bible says that Noah's flood stayed for 150 days. And all the living except the people who were in the ark died.
No matter how adverse your circumstances are, he remembers you in that situation and will keep you safe.
2. God remembers you in your need.
Genesis 30:22 And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb.
Rachel was most favored and loved amongst Jacob wives. But she was barren and because of that she was bitter and would constantly plead to God for a child.
Sometimes you may face a situation where you need something very urgently but it may get delayed. A job, promotion, healing, a restoration of marriage but when it is delayed you become bitter, but God remembers your situation and will give you a deliverance in his due time.
3. God remembers His covenant
Exodus 2:24 And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.
Israel had backslided and forgot God and his law. They were in bondage and wanted help. They were groaning in pain. Because of their hard task manager.
Are you also groaning due to pain in job, business, life? Do you feel that there is no way? Do you feel left out, alone?
God remembers you!
He will deliver you from the snare of the Fowler, he will deliver your soul.
Saints, today when you hear these words don't feel defeated and dejected. We have a God who will deliver us from our troubles.
What should we do in this situation?
Joshua 1:7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
1. Be courageous and don't fear.
2. Have faith in his loving kindness.
3. Read the Bible every day.
God bless
